New Amazon Santa App for iPad Provides an Innovative Holiday Wish List for Children
This year, you can make creating holiday wish lists a fun experience for your children with Amazon’s new Amazon Santa app, which is available for the Kindle Fire and the iPad.

“Art-making of consequence” is a phrase I sometimes hear describing art that has the goal of making a difference. Author Pamela Sloane-Bradbury is releasing books which are both artful and which make a difference.
Back when the original Apple iPad first surfaced, Microsoft decided not to produce an Office version for use on the iPad. Instead, long time MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint users were forced to use Apple’s iWork series – Pages, Numbers, and Keynote. There was no other real option for PC users who were more comfortable using Microsoft’s products.
Following the delivery of the iOS 5.1 SDK to developers and the subsequent (and much anticipated and expected) combing through of the code base for hidden Apple treasures, it has been discovered that a new variant of the iPad 2 could be in the works.
Developers now have their hands on iOS 5.1, the latest beta release of Apple’s mobile operating system. We’ve seen some amazing artwork created using the iPad and this contest will appeal to both budding and accomplished artists alike. Today we have partnered with the people at Nomad Brush to offer our readers a chance to win a paintbrush for their iPad or iPad 2.
Apple had some great discounts this weekend on iPads, Macs, and iPods, but unfortunately, Apple’s deals were one day only. If you missed out on saving some cash on an Apple purchase, don’t worry, because there are still some bargains to be had.
We often think of our iPads as being adult toys, when the truth is that our children enjoy them as much as we do, if not more, especially when we can use them together. Hiding Hannah is a great app to share with your kids that tells the story of a little girl who just can’t stop hiding no matter what is used to entice her… or maybe there are a few things that will work.
