Comcast Reaches Deal with Disney for Channels on the Go

There’s some great news for those of you who subscribe to Comcast’s service and use Comcast’s Xfinity TV app. The company has signed a 10-year distribution agreement with The Walt Disney Company, allowing Comcast customers access to many more channels on television, online and on tablets and smartphones.

Comcast’s Xfinity TV customers are now able to watch ESPN, ABC, and Disney shows both live and on demand, across multiple screens. And, unlike other cable-to-iPad offerings, Comcast subscribers can watch their television shows both at home and while out and about.

Disney-ABC Signs New Video Deals with Netflix and Amazon

Struggling video-streaming service Netflix has managed to renew its licensing deal with Disney-ABC television, which will provide new episodes of current Disney and ABC shows on Netflix 30 days after they air.

Disney-ABC also signed a similar deal with Netflix rival Amazon, to provide the same content on Amazon Instant Video. With the new agreement, Amazon’s Prime subscribers will have unlimited access to the content, which will also be available in Amazon’s on-demand section.

Its no surprise that Disney’s new physics-based puzzle game Where’s My Water? has been chosen as the App Store game of the week, because this is one fun-filled, addictive app that you won’t be able to put down.

In Where’s My Water? Swampy the sewer Alligator wants to take a bath. Sadly, the other alligators scorn him for his desire to be clean and human-like, so they’ve come up with a plan to dry up his water supply. It’s your job to help guide water to poor Swampy’s bathtub.
