This is one of those neat little apps where you can honestly say ‘the sky is the limit’ when it comes to masterminding what you might use it for. Marketed as a virtual whiteboard, this app allows you to illustrate and review any number of ideas and concepts all while offering the tools to help you collaborate with others. The developers specifically take aim at schools, but I’d be willing to bet just about anybody has a use for this one.
Using this app couldn’t be easier. Grab one of the markers from the bottom of the screen, choosing a color to draw with, and away you go! You can use photography and images that are stored on your iPad for use in your scenes, giving you limitless options for extending the usefullness of the app. In fact, if you are helping your child with their homework, consider taking a photo of it with your iPad’s camera and work on the solutions with the actual material on screen.
