Some of the great new features in iOS 8 involve the ability to share more with friends and family than ever before. Apple finally made it possible for families to share content on different devices with different Apple IDs without having to switch over to a different shared account. Family Sharing give groups of six people the ability to share content from iTunes, iBooks, and the App Store. If you purchase it on one device, the rest of your family can download it onto their device without having to purchase it a second time. With Parental Controls in place, you can also keep your kids from downloading all the Smurfberries without your permission.
We’ve got a quick tutorial to explain how to set up Family Sharing for your group and what you can do after it is activated.
