A few years ago, we took a look at Sphere 360. At the time it was called Tour Wrist. At the time it was nothing more than a really cool virtual tour app on the iPad. Apple Reduces Licensing Fees For MFi and Pass-Through Connector, More Affordable Accessories on the Way
Apple has made third-party accessory connectors available for years. The official manufacturing license is called Made for iPod, or MFi. Since Apple launched iOS 7 and included coding for MFi game controllers, companies have started launching game pads for iOS. However, most of these controllers, as well as other accessories, like chargers, speakers, keyboards, and other products that connect directly to Apple’s iPad and iPhone devices are fairly expensive.

This is evidenced by a large scale stock repurchase to the tune of $14 billion. Certainly Apple has an impressive cash reserve, but investors are interested in what is coming next and how Apple plans to continue innovation.
In an interview with wired.com at the Apps World North America conference, Steve Wozniak made some bold statements about how Apple should develop an Android version of the iPhone. It wasn’t too long ago that everyone thought installing Windows on a Mac would never happen, and even that eventually changed with Bootcamp. While an Android version is not likely on the horizon there is no reason to doubt that it could eventually happen.
This whole iWatch thing is getting out of control. Yet, I’m already pretty excited about the possibilities of what a wearable computer from Apple could potentially be like. One possibility is that Apple will focus on making the iWatch a fitness-based device. Look out Nike, Apple has its sights on you.
Tanks are the new “black.” There have been a couple of new titles launched in the App Store recently that feature the battle-hardened transport. Today, Chillingo has launched the newest from game developer Level Eight and it features plenty of tanks. But it also includes massively equipped missile towers, low-flying warplanes, and colossal enemy attack ships.
