If, like me, you’re a bit of an organizational junkie then you know what kind of affliction that can be, always on the hunt for the latest, greatest tool to help manage your time when it comes to obligations and play time.

This is why I use, in addition to a day planner, a desk calendar, several wall calendars and several calendar-related iPhone apps. And yet I’m always seeking more, always on the hunt for the perfect app that will organize my life into something easy and successful.

$399 iPad 2s available at TJ Maxx (YMMV)

It looks like the folks at TJ Maxx managed to get a hold of a stash of cheap iPads, as some of the chain’s stores are selling today brand new iPads for only $399 (plus tax), a handsome $100 discount when compared to the regular price.

Note that according to tipsters, these iPads were meant to be sold on Black Friday and were put on display a little too late– if you haven’t bought one last Friday and were planning to buy it for Christmas, you may want to swing by your favorite TJ Maxx (or Marshalls) as soon as you can, just in case one of these puppies is actually for sale.

Official Atari iPad Joystick for Greatest Hits App Now Available

A couple of weeks ago, we reported that Atari was collaborating with Discovery Bay Games to create an official joystick called the Atari Arcade Duo Powered joystick, specifically designed to work with Atari’s Greatest Hits app, as well as upcoming Atari games.

While no official release date was given at the time, the device finally launched today, and can be purchased from Discovery Bay Games‘ website, for about $60.

All iPad and iPhone owners are very much aware that Mobile Safari does not support Flash, and never will– according to Apple, Flash is simply too resources-hungry to be allowed to run on any mobile device.

And while most ‘Apple-haters’ were convinced that the reasons put forward by the Cupertino-based company were nothing more than propaganda, as it turns out, Microsoft came to the same conclusion as Apple. In other words, Steve Jobs and his team were not that biased after all.
