There are some fantastic book style cases on the market, from manufacturers like Dodocase and Pad & Quill, but the eBook Jackets from Out of Print are, by far, the best iPad book cases that I’ve seen.
The eBook Jackets feature original, iconic cover art from books that you know and love like The Great Gatsby, A Clockwork Orange, Lolita, Pride and Prejudice, The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, Alice in Wonderland, and more. There will be 11 different covers available at launch, plus four solid colors.
Each case features a form-fitting cradle designed by an MIT mechanical engineer, so you’re iPad is sure to be safe and well protected in the case. That cradle is combined with original licensed book art, and everything is put together by an authentic bookbinder.
These cases are designed to look, feel, and wear like a real book, and will be available for the iPad 2, the third generation iPad, the Kindle Fire, and the Nexus 7.
This Kickstarter project is already funded, but you can still join in. A case of your choice for your iPad will cost you just $45, which is a great deal for a case this unique. To back the project, just head on over to the Kickstarter page, where you can make a donation.
