    I’m not going to London
in time for the Olympics, but I will be across the pond this fall, and these
are exactly the kind of apps I’ve been looking for. I can’t wait to try a few
of these out and compare. Of course, I always like to have apps for my flight
tracking and packing apps, as well as apps for entertainment. I hate layovers and
the wait at the gate, so I have my Kindle app, and also this remote access app
I picked up through my job at Dish. It lets me pull live or recorded shows off
my receiver and watch them on my iPad, anywhere in the world, as long as I get
a wifi or 3G connection. It’s perfect for relaxing at the end of the day, too!
