Now that the third generation iPad has been released and the Worldwide Developers Conference is over, we’re fresh out of speculative rumors. Without anything else to discuss, we’ve been hearing a lot about the 7.85-inch iPad Mini that Apple is allegedly working on.
According to Japanese blog Macotakara, the miniature tablet will produced in Foxconn’s Brazilian factory, beginning in September.
Macotakara received its information from a “reliable Chinese source,” and as we all know, these mysterious sources can sometimes relay dubious information. This source says that production data is being worked on in China, and that due to the September production schedule, release should happen during the 2012 holiday season.
We’ve been hearing quite a bit about the iPad Mini lately, and where there’s smoke, there’s usually fire. Are these just rumors, or will we be seeing a smaller iPad later this year?
