App Store Launches in 32 Additional Countries
During Apple’s keynote address at the Worldwide Developer’s Conference on June 11, Tim Cook told the audience that the App Store would be coming to 32 additional countries this month, which happened today.
There are now 155 countries with access to the App Store, though Apple’s support page does not yet list them all.
Most of the countries that received App Store access today are located in Africa and Asia, but here is the full list:
Albania, Benin, Bhutan, Burkina Faso, Cambodia, Cape Verde, Chad, Republic of the Congo, Fiji, Gambia, Guinea-Bissau, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Liberia, Malawi, Mauritania, Federated States of Micronesia, Mongolia, Mozambique, Namibia, Nepal, Palau, Papua New Guinea, São Tomé and Príncipe, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Swaziland, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Zimbabwe.
