The social networking game website ChallengeLoop recently issued a new challenge to participants: Wear a black turtleneck shirt on one day of the Worldwide Developer Convention (WWDC), which starts today and goes through June 15, in honor of the company’s former CEO Steve Jobs.
The details and rules of the challenge are as follows:
In honor of the Apple Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC), join Apple fans all over the world and wear a black turtleneck one day this week (June 11-15) as a tribute to Steve Jobs. Steve Jobs was a creative genius and inspired countless people. Lets come together this week and pay tribute to him by wearing black turtlenecks (if you don’t have one, you can at least wear a long-sleeved black t-shirt).
ChallengeLoop is a fairly new game. The iPhone app launched last Friday. The rules are simple. Find a challenge and “snag” it. Then, update your progress by sharing videos, pictures and comments with everyone else that is taking the challenge. When you have completed it, snap your “victory” photo and upload it. The winner is picked from among your challenge peers. Whoever gets the most votes, wins.
Currently, there are 68 participants in the Steve Jobs Tribute Challenge. But, with the popularity of the WWDC, there is sure to be a lot of new members to ChallengeLoop and a lot more competition for winning the tribute contest.
