Cloud storage has become a popular way to access our documents and files wherever we are, and it’s also great for collaborating on files at work. Unfortunately, there are several cloud storage options on the market, including Dropbox, Gmail, SharePoint, Salesforce, and many more.
Keeping track of all of our cloud services can be a daunting task, but one company has a solution. Fileboard recently released an iPad app that integrates multiple services into one app, letting users manage files across each one.
If you use Dropbox while a co-worker uses Box, you will both be able to access and utilize each others files without having to download an extra program, which is handy. It’s also great if you use multiple cloud services with different purposes. With Fileboard, you can do things like add files from Dropbox directly to Gmail.
Fileboard is designed for employees on the go, giving them access to updated versions of files and presentations without the need for multiple emails or complex file sharing systems. Fileboard supports almost every file type.
In the app, users can view, annotate, sign and collaborate on documents, and shift documents between cloud services with just a few steps. Private and public folders within the app allow files to be accessed by all, and since your documents are in the cloud rather than on a specific device, they remain safe even if something happens to the device.
The app includes support for Gmail, Microsoft Exchange, Dropbox, SharePoint, Salesforce, and Box, and can be downloaded from the App Store for free.
