iPhoto for iPad and iPhone: 1 Million Copies Sold in Less than 2 Weeks
According to LoopInsight, Apple’s new iPhoto for iOS app has been downloaded more than a million times since its launch in early March.
The figure counts unique acquisitions and does not include multiple downloads from users who may have put the app on more than one device, which means Apple has made a staggering $4,990,000 in revenue since the app’s release.
iPhoto for iOS runs on both the iPad and the iPhone, and provides users with a way to browse, modify, and share their photos with an all new multi-touch interface. The app can be downloaded from the App Store for $4.99.
