Greedy Penguins See Food and Eat Seafood! – iPad Game Review

These very hungry penguins need your help to satisfy their considerable appetites. Gnasher, Muncher, Belcher and Cruncher are looking to fill their bellies with fish amidst puzzles that will cause you to exercise your brain in an effort to unlock more levels and even more fun!

Greedy Penguins is a delightfully addictive mix of physics and puzzle-solving. Feeding your penguin friends involves some ingenuity to be sure that not only do they get the fish (which can mean using the obstacles to your advantage so they reach every hungry mouth) but also catching extras like ice cream cones that feed the additional friendly critters you get the chance to meet.

One of the real strengths of the game is the way you are walked through each level as you get used to the interface and strategy required. Collect the golden fish in order to unlock extra animation goodies!

Don’t let the easy levels in the beginning fool you! In no time this game becomes challenging enough to really get your attention and keep you engaged.

The graphics are really bright and fun and give you reason enough to enjoy having this app loaded. I found the interface easy to get used to which is nice because there is nothing I hate more than having to go back and read the instructions to be able to have a little fun playing a game.

What I liked: I really love games that are family-friendly and can be played by children of all ages!

What I didn’t like: I think I might be a little less patient than most people, but sometimes I found that the time it took your fish to drop and roll their way to the penguins seemed to take just a little too long.

To buy or not to buy: Greedy Penguins is light-hearted and fun and doesn’t contain any objectionable material which makes it safe to play with your kids. These are reasons enough to grab it!
