Kensington Launches New Line of iPad Tablet Accessories

CES is in full swing today and we’re getting bombarded with great new product releases. Rest assured, we’re grabbing the best of what’s out there and sharing it with you.

iPad accessory maker Kensington has quite a few new toys available for you to use with your iPad. There’s the KeyLite Ultra Slim Folio, Dual USB wall charger, the Universal Tablet Stand, and two new Virtuoso Styluses.

There are no shortage of keyboards and keyboard cases designed to work with the iPad 2, but options are good, right? The KeyLite Ultra Slim Touch Keyboard Folio ($119.99) uses the latest touch sensitivity technology and blends it with a slim, sleek design that is both versatile and durable. With liquid and dust-proof keys, a two-position stand, and a sleep/wake cover, this Keyboard Folio is optimized for travel.

Kensington’s AbsolutePower line has two new additions in the form of a Dual USB Wall Charger ($34.99) with USB Adapter cables and a Dual USB Wall Charger ($34.99) with a 30-pin Apple Cable, that are designed to power two tablets, smartphones, or other USB devices simultaneously. They are compatible with a wide range of devices, and will save space to make charging more efficient.

The Kensington Chaise Universal Tablet Stand ($19.99) is designed to work with any tablet – from Apple’s iPad to Samsung’s Galaxy Tab to the Kindle Fire. And, as the name suggests, it is a tablet stand that gives you a place to rest your tablet on your desk, also enabling you to use it as a viewing screen. It’s slim enough for easy travel (folds down to fit in a shirt pocket), but provides maximum stability.

Two new Virtuoso styluses have been introduced as well, for use with capacitive touch screens like those on the iPad, the iPhone, and the iPod Touch. There’s a 2-in-1 stylus and pen ($24.99) that allows you to capture ideas on any medium and a mini collapsible stylus ($14.99) that docks securely to your iDevice.

These products are currently all available for pre-order on the Kensington website or from Amazon, and should be released soon.
