Blackjack By Yazino, Another Reason To Spend All Of Your Time With Your iPad

Warning: If you have a gambling addiction, just skip this one because playing Blackjack by Yazino is already addictive by itself and the combination of the two would be too much for one person to handle.

Playing blackjack has never been so easy or so fun. I feel like a real pro when I sit at a table in Blackjack by Yazino. The first time I joined a table, I was intimidated and didn’t even play right away. I just watched others for a few minutes. Once I jumped in, though, I was betting, splitting and winning like a blackjack ace.

You must log in to play this game. Some people commented on the App Store that they don’t like having to give their personal information, like an email address or Facebook login, or they want to just join the game as a guest. Obviously, they don’t understand the point of this app. It is a social networking game of blackjack. Users log in through Facebook, or use their email address if they like, and are connected to other players around the world. I gave up my personal information to Yazino about a week ago and have not had one single spam email asking if I want to increase my virility, so I don’t think anyone should worry about the company’s legitimacy.

Every day that you log in, you receive 2,500 chips as part of a daily bonus, so you are guaranteed a limited amount of chips to play with. You won’t run dry and have to pay real cash to ever play again. Depending on your level of risk-taking, that may happen shortly after your first game of the day, though.

Choose between either Vegas rules or Atlantic City rules. Play at a table that has a 15-second time limit or, if you are a pro at the game, you can join a faster table with a five-second time limit. You will join your preferred table and start playing right away. Tables have between two and four other players at any given time. If there is an open seat, you can play multiple hands for additional chances to win big or bust.

From the times I’ve played, it seems like you win more often than you lose, so you can spend a lot of time playing the game before you lose all of your chips and have to take the walk of shame. If you run out of chips, but still have a hankering for some card games, you can always buy more chips through in-app purchases.

What I liked: Being able to play with others in real time. I played at various hours of the day, including the wee hours of the morning and late at night, and there were always at least two other players at a table.

What I didn’t like:  There is really nothing bad about this app. The app is easy to use, a pickup game is fast to join and you can chat live with others at your table. Some may have a problem with being required to give some amount of personal information in order to play, but the developers haven’t caused me to question their forthrightness.

To buy or not to buy: It is a free download, so pick it up today.
