Traffic Rush for iPad, Free for a Limited Time

Control traffic, maintain the train schedule and keep motorists from crashing into each other with Traffic Rush. Pick it up in the App Store while it is free.
This app offers two games, Classic and Rail Rush. In classic mode, you must control street traffic. You can swipe cars forward to get them to step on the gas or tap them to make them stop. You have to be mindful of cars coming from perpendicular directions. Some go faster than others, so you must time your direction well.
One incorrect swipe and your motorcycle will collide with a semi. In Rail Rush, you must keep the trains on schedule while avoiding a crash. Just like in Classic mode, you swipe trains to move them faster or tap them to make them stop. In Rail Rush, things are a bit more complicated though. Trains come from all directions. Some trains are longer than others, so you must plan out their path of travel with lightning speed.
You unlock achievements as you play. For example, you will unlock the achievement “Endurance master” if you can avoid a collision for 100 seconds. In Rail Rush, you can earn extra points by getting rid of gophers, re-parking cars so that they match and take care of landscape needs. This adds an extra element of difficulty because you must be keeping the trains from crashing into each other at the same time.
Both games are easy to play and great for hours of enjoyment. It challenges your reaction timing and tests your reflexes.
What I liked: The game is simple to pick up and hard to put down. The more you play, the better you get.
What I didn’t like: Each mode only has one level, so no matter how much you play, the background never changes.
