Go Undercover with the iDevice Controlled Rover-Spy Tank

Brookstone, known for selling a plethora of electronic devices, has released the Rover App-Controlled Spy Tank. The tank will allow kids and adults alike to zoom around the house or the office to spy on friends, family, and co-workers.

The Rover App-Controlled Spy Tank comes equipped with a built-in microphone to transmit sound to your iDevice in real time, relaying everything that’s within distance of the tank.
There’s also a manually adjustable camera, which is capable of streaming live video and taking still photos, so you can see where you’re driving without actually being in the room. The tank can even take pictures in a low-light setting with its infrared night vision.
The tank generates its own Wi-Fi to connect with your iDevice, which allows it to travel up to 100ft around walls and in other rooms, or 200ft with an unobstructed view. On screen driving arrows give you navigational instructions, and a G-Drive Mode lets you use the accelerometer on your iDevice as a steering wheel.
Brookstone’s Rover App-Controlled Spy Tank can be purchased on the Brookstone website for $149.99. The companion app is available for free in the App Store.
