Heidi Part III, the final book in a three part series, arrived in the App Store today and we’ve joined together with Swiss based JustKidsApps to offer our readers a chance to win promo codes for their iPad or iPhone.

This series of apps combines a classic story, beautiful illustrations and interactive features to create a wonderful 21st century version of Heidi for children around the world to enjoy.  There are several reading options to choose from in the Heidi apps. Readers may select either the English or Deutsch (German) version of the story and then select “Read myself” or “Read to me” to begin.

If you have ever been to Switzerland, you know the quaint villages and beautifully manicured landscapes in the Swiss Alps are simply breathtaking and this enjoyable adaptation of Heidi for the iPad encompasses it into the story, along with all the other features of the apps.

Heidi Part I and Part III for the iPad are available in the App Store through September 4th for $1.99, while you can get Part II for $0.99 (iPhone Part I and III $0.99 and Part II Free).  Download them now or enter our iPad/iPhone app giveaway for a chance to win a free promo code.  We have 3 iPad promo codes to give away for Part I-III and 2 iPhone codes for each of the three parts and entering our contest is easy!  Just follow the directions below and maybe you’ll be a winner.

Note:  Contest winners can redeem a code on their iPad by following the steps below:

1. Go to the App Store.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select the Redeem button.
   
3. Enter your promo code into the pop-up window.
   
4. Tap Redeem in the top right corner of the window.
   
5. Enter your iTunes password when prompted and your app will begin to download.
