Light It: The How-To Magazine for Studio Lighting and Off-Camera Flash is Now Available
There’s a new magazine available for both professional and amateur photographers, or even aspiring photographers.
Light It: The How-To Magazine for Studio Lighting and Off-Camera Flash is being published by Scott Kelby, the CEO of KelbyTraining.com, and the National Association of Photoshop Professionals. Light It is designed for any photographer who uses lighting or wants to learn more about lighting concepts.
This entire photography magazine is dedicated to the topic of lighting, a huge factor in the composition and quality of photos. The magazine will deal with off-camera flash, studio lighting, and how to use your lighting and equipment to create the best possible images. Tips and tricks will also be included, as well as news about the latest gear available.
The magazine features a simple, intuitive design with typical touch gestures such as double tap to display a photo full size, and pinch to zoom in and out, which come naturally to any iPad user.
Light It will always be available to download free of charge, and the premiere issue, with more than 50 pages of articles, is available for everyone at no cost. The magazine will be published eight times a year, and future issues will cost $2.99. To check it out and download your free first issue, just head on over to the App Store.
