Targus Lap Lounge Now Available

Back in June, I wrote about an upcoming product from Targus, the Lap Lounge. I’m happy to announce that this innovative new product has been released and is now available for purchase.
The Lap Lounge is what it sounds like, a nice, comfortable beanbag cushion with a functional iPad stand that can be adjusted for multiple viewing angles. It’s perfect for lounging around on the couch or laying in bed with your iPad 2.
With its thin size and angular edges, the iPad 2 can be hard to maneuver into a comfortable position when you’re sitting down, but the Lap Lounge solves that problem by giving you a stand that perfectly contours to your lap and remains comfortable even after hours of use.
Your iPad 2 snaps right into the stand, and then the angle can be adjusted to your preferences. There’s a cut out in the casing to amplify speaker sound, so the case will not prevent you from playing games, watching movies, or listening to music. The bottom of the case is filled with bean bag material, which keeps the entire case light and portable. A zippered pocket that stores a tuck away handle also doubles as a zipper pouch.
