iPad 2 with Smart Cover vs. Golf Club – Golf Club Wins
By For some strange reason, people love to trash their iPads. We’ve already shown people smashing them with bats, setting them on fire, blending them, shooting them, using them as a skateboard, running over them with a truck, and blasting them.
We can now add a new method of destruction to the list, a golf club swing. The crew on the video decided to put the smart cover to the test, to see how it withstands ‘accidental’ drops. When it comes to breaking a fall, the smart cover fares extremely well, but when it comes to a golf club, the smart cover is absolutely no match!
What compels folks to spend $499+ or more on devices only to turn them into high-tech doorstops is beyond us, but obviously there are people out there that have more money than they know what to do with!
