Blue Whale Web Solutions, in conjunction with Conshohocken Physical Therapy, offers one such app. Motion Doctor is a physical therapy reference tool designed to assist consumers, patients and physical therapy practitioners.
The app includes 60 professionally shot videos showcasing various exercises and stretches. Physical therapists will be able to guide patients on proper technique and ultimately help them prevent pain and continue an active lifestyle. Patients will have access to FAQs with information about the overall benefits of physical therapy, in addition to unique filtering capabilities. Users may filter the recommended exercises by four main categories: body parts, activity, sport, and profession.
