Belkin Unveils New iPad 2 Case Lineup

The iPad 2 cases lineup is starting to come out. Multiple vendors have started to announce their upcoming accessories for Apple’s new iPad.
We’ve told you about Targus’ iPad 2 case lineup. The latest one to announce multiple accessories for iPad 2 is long-time Mac accessory maker, Belkin.
The new lineup includes cases and stands for the new iPad. Some of the accessories are also compatible with the first generation iPad. Without further ado, let’s get to it.
The FlipBlade Adjust Stand is an ultra-thin stand. Even though it has been released for the iPad 2, the stand is also compatible with the previous iPad. The stand allows you to use the iPad in four adjustable positions. You can also use the iPad in either landscape or portrait orientations, including a low angle for comfortable typing. In addition, the stand also features an opening to run cables through the base for charging or syncing.

The Flip Folio Stand has been designed for the iPad 2. It offers two functions in one product – a traditional folio-style case to protect your iPad 2, and a stand for comfortably viewing your iPad 2 from multiple angles. The case features a grippable perforated design. The case also comes with soft inner lining and with cut outs to fit the new camera lens.

The ViewLounge has been uniquely designed to allow you to use the iPad in bed or on the couch with an innovative stand that’s stable even on soft surfaces. Belkin has added a weighted beanbag base to this stand, and a grippable texture to make sure the stand molds to any surface while keeping your tablet in place.

Belkin has also announced a few other stands. The Access Folio Stand features some pockets for storing your gear, and a frame stand position that supports a low angle for typing. The Slim Folio Stand is another ultra-thin protective folio and stand in one. The Verve Folio Stand offers an elegant, leather finish that will protect your iPad 2 in style.
Belkin’s new lineup will be officially released during the spring. No pricing details have been announced yet.
