Firemint Confirms Real Racing 2 HD for iPad 2

The iPad 2 specs have certainly impressed many people. Not many folks expected to get the dual-core A5 chip, video mirroring, and 1080 HMDI output support on the same release.
The new specs have opened countless possibilities with the thousands of developers out there. Firemint plans to take advantage of the new set of features, and take their Real Racing game to a whole new level.
As announced on their blog, Firemint is very excited about iPad 2. Rightfully so. The two powerful cores in one A5 chip means that iPad 2 will do twice the work at once, which will make a game like Real Racing very powerful on your tablet.
The video mirroring will allow you to enjoy, arguably, the top racing game in the App Store and project it whenever you want to your HDTV or projector.
The 9x faster graphics simply make the game rendering techniques more powerful. The gyroscope will add much more precision to a game that already brings a smooth ride with intuitive controls.
We couldn’t agree more with what Firemint expressed on their blog: “We’re very excited about the fantastic opportunities iPad 2 will provide in the gaming space.”
Firemint has not provided any details yet about the new release. We hope to see Real Racing 2 HD (for iPad 2) very soon. It should be an exciting and powerful racing experience on Apple’s new tablet.
