PadTab – A Mounting Solution for the iPad
If you’re looking for ways to use your iPad around your house or home office, perhaps the PadTab Mounting System may be an affordable option for you.
The PadTab system comes with a tab mount that is attached to your iPad, and with “WallTabs” that you can install around your home. If you’re that much in love with your iPad, the PadTab allows you to use it in the bathroom, the kitchen, on your fridge or cabinet, or anywhere else you have a smooth surface.
The PadTab will attach to any flat clean wall or surface via industrial strength adhesive tape. Per the instructions we’ve seen, to install it, you can use a standard small bubble leveling tool and place it at the desired position.
According to the specifications, the PadTab can hold up to 5 pounds. Your iPad weights approximately 1.6 pounds. We haven’t had a chance to test this product yet, but according to the manufacturer, they have tested various iPad cases (including Apple’s case) and the PadTab thin design allows you to easily slide your iPad into the several cases with no resistance.
