If you like Lance Armstrong’s foundation, this application is a version of the LIVESTRONG.COM website. This is an iOS universal application that will sync your food diary across all your iOS devices and on the web.

And if you plan to eat out, the app’s restaurant locator helps you easily find places nearby and compute the nutritional information of the items in their menu, to help you make better choices.

The application is very easy to use. The user interface provides multiple tabs for you to find all the information needed according to your diet plan. You can create a plan and track whatever nutrients you want in addition to fats, proteins and carbs. It allows you to set a daily percentage to determine a macro-nutrient plan. You can track your weight, calories, and carbs intake. At the end of every day, the application will give advice based on what you did wrong each day.
