Guy Kawasaki’s “The Macintosh Way” now Free for iPad

email

If you want to pick up a great business book for your iPad for free, now is your chance. Guy Kawasaki recently got the rights back to his first book, “The Macintosh Way”, and is giving it away for free as an iPad eBook application.

In his book, Kawasaki shows how a company can change the world and gives the “idealist, or the idealist in everyone, a chance to break the chains of mediocrity.”  Kawasaki covers successful business traits and shows how Apple follows these to produce great products.

If you have been an Apple fan for a while,  chance are you’ve heard of Guy Kawasaki.  Guy was one of the first employees at Apple and was instrumental in ensuring there was software available for the Mac when it was launched. After leaving Apple, Kawasaki branched out to start a venture capital business, become a social media expert and an accomplished author of business books.

You can get your copy of the “The Macintosh Way” from the App Store by downloading the OfficeDrop iPad app.  Once you install the OfficeDrop iPad app you will be prompted to follow @GuyKawasaki on Twitter to get the book.  This is a great book and the best part is you can now get it on your iPad for free.

        Guy,

thanks for the link. Any chance we’re going to see more of your books (especially your older titles) hit the iBookstore so we can read them on our iPads?

I’ve enjoyed all your books and still have my original 20 year old copy of “The Macintosh Way” sitting in my office. I’d love to get “How to Drive Your Competition Crazy” and “Selling the Dream” as an iBook.

        Thanks for reading PadGadget!
