Interactive ‘in-app’ iAds Video Demonstration

email

Some applications on the App Store are already showcasing interactive ads supported by Apple’s new iAd platform. However, not all apps in the iAd network are displaying ads. Some of the apps are displaying a placeholder banner that will read “iAd”.

All of these new interactive ads bring you a rich experience to make sure you get as much information as possible. The idea is to get more ads inside developers’ apps with the hope all advertisements will be more compelling to you without the need to leave an app or launch a separate browser to interact with them.

The following video shows you the new experience on an iPhone. Keep in mind that in the fall (November) this type of experience will be coming to your iPad as part of the iOS 4 update.
