Fashion Statement Gucci iPad Cases
By Fashionistas take note! If you have a passion for fashion and don’t mind spending several hundred dollars on a case to protect you iPad, check out the swanky new cases from Gucci.
Keeping with Gucci’s tradition, each case will have the signature GG design. They will also include a Velcro strap closure to hold your iPad securely in place and a suede lining to keep it in mint condition. The three styles include:
- GG plus (Gucci’s well known PVC coated canvas) in beige/ebony with brown leather trim for $230
- Neoprene GG with rubberized leather trim for $250
- Rubberized guccissima leather with rubberized leather trim for $290
As reported by the LA Times, all three styles are currently available for pre-order on the Gucci website and will sell in flagship stores in Rome, Milan, Paris, London and New York starting June 15th. Additional styles are set to be released later this year.
The Gucci fashion house isn’t the first purveyor of luxury goods to introduce cases for the iPad. Louis Vuitton recently announced its stylish version of the iPad case for around $390.
