Besides the WordPress app, BlogPress is really handy. The app allows you to write your blog posts anywhere and anytime. With its simple interface, you can share your photos and news with people very quickly. This is a universal app, which means it will work on your iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch. For a $2.99 price tag, it’s worth it.

What we liked: Convenient when doing quick blogs. It allows bloggers to align images (to the left, right and center) as well as adjust the image size within the post. You can also instantly tweet your posts to your Twitter stream (which can help boost your overall traffic).

What we didn’t like: While it is quite easy to blog with this app, there are several missing features that would make the experience even better. First, it could use a links editor since it is not that easy to add links within your post. There is no “auto-save” feature. We also ran into a few issues editing posts, when the “<!–more–>” WordPress tag is used.

    Yes, Dropbox is a real gamechanger. It works extremely well on an iPod Touch and also to keep files synced between different Macs (and – if you have to have one – PCs). No real drawbacks, lots of goodies. Great.

    I say yes to Evernote. Well. It really depends on the blogger but this is a nice list. On the other hand, puzzle games would be good for bloggers too to pass time. If you have tried Tetris or Bejeweled, it might interest you to know that there is a better option for these – StarFaces – certainly one of the best iPad app. I had played this game on my iphone for a while and now I have it for ipad and its great! Love the photos option

    I really liked this app. You know sometimes, it really happens that after going through a number of articles and blogs, we happen to feel that we need to make posts on the topics we have read. With this, we would be able to save the web page for the later use. Hence it will help to avoid the stress and burden.
