Top 5 Game Apps for Kids

If you have an iPhone and kids, chances are you use your phone for more than just calling.  I know I do!  I have a wide range of apps loaded on my iPhone and my kids are constantly asking to use it.  It’s great to have plenty of games and entertainment easily accessible while out and about, whether on a short trip around town or a 15 hour drive during summer vacation.

It all boils down to a fun little device with lots of capabilities.  Apple’s upcoming release of the iPad is sure to make the entertainment experience for both kids and adults even better.  Apps are sure to be more interactive, movies more entertaining and reading more responsive.

Our favorite kid’s games include everything from educational games like Touch Physics to Dress Up for just plain fun.  Here is our Top 5 Game Apps list for elementary age kids.  We’re looking forward to even bigger and better things on the iPad!

Flight Control – Lots of fun for parents and kids alike trying to land an airplane!

Sky Burger – Yum!  Build your own burger from toppings that fall from the sky.  Get it right and you earn a bigger tip.

Touch Physics – Learn about the interaction of matter and energy and have fun while doing it!  Draw circles, lines and squares to complete a task and advance to the next level.

Labyrinth – You’ve got to move it, move it!  Maneuver your marble through a maze by tilting your iPhone/iPod back and forth.  Make it through and move on to the next level.

Dress Up & Makeup – Perfect for your little fashionista!  Design your own outfit from head-to-toe, pick the perfect accessories and select from various backgrounds.
